blended couples
We utilize the Preparing to Blend curriculum created by Ron Deal. Preparing to Blend is aimed at engaged couples who have at least one child from a previous relationship. Focus: parenting, finances, establishing family identity and more, using biblical principles. The average session time is 10 weeks. Once completed, couples will receive a completion certificate that can be presented to a Texas county clerk for:* Up to $60 off their marriage license fee* Waiving the 72-hour waiting period

We utilize Prepare/Enrich founded by Dr. David and Karen Olson. Prepare/Enrich is the #1 premarital assessment tool, using evidence-based skills and insights to create healthy relationships. As certified facilitators, we use this to help couples learn the tools for a thriving marriage with biblical principles. Once completed, couples will receive a completion certificate that can be presented to a Texas county clerk for:* Up to $60 off their marriage license fee* Waiving the 72-hour waiting period

Wedding services
"I Do" ceremony
This service is available for couples who have completed pre-marital counseling with Redeeming Steps Ministry. Perfect for couples who desire to have a small ceremony with twenty guests or less, with no rehearsal required. Must be local to San Antonio area. Includes signing and filing of marriage license.

Out of town ceremony
This service is available for couples who have completed pre-marital counseling with Redeeming Steps Ministry®. For wedding requests that are out of town, fees are subject to availability and distance.

Traditional ceremony
This service is available for couples who have completed pre-marital counseling with Redeeming Steps Ministry. This is for couples planning a ceremony at a venue within San Antonio (or no more than fifteen miles outside city limits), includes rehearsal, signing, and filing of marriage license. We do not perform Catholic themed weddings.
